We build a secure web form where your "data providers" upload their data files. Customized for your project.
We will contact and remind your data providers.
02 / VERIFICATION
You provide a file template that your providers will be able to download. The format could be XLSX, TXT or CSV.
You decide what rules must be followed when your providers fill in statistics in the files. Only files without errors will be accepted.
03 / MERGING
We consolidate all collected data files into one big database.
You get a merged Excel file with all data.
Optionally we can help you setup an automated report process in tables, charts or as a dashboard.

We collect quarterly turnover figures from companies participating in a benchmark study. Then create individual company reports showing their development compared to the sector, industry and country.

PUBLIC ORGANISATIONS
We collect statistics about number of visitors from all museums in Sweden. The statistics are merged and delivered monthly to the Swedish agency for cultural analysis.

NATIONAL
STATISTICS
We collect millions of addresses from around 1000 organisations. The addresses are geocoded, merged and delivered as part of the Swedish broadband statistics. In the process general organisational questions in the secure collection tool are combined with the statistics of the uploaded data files.
